- 15 grams
Why: ADA explains 'high fiber' means 5 grams or more per serving, and 'good source of fiber' means 2.5 grams or more. Fiber helps you feel full and manage blood glucose.
Huh, didn't know that: ADA says most people don't eat enough fiber; healthy adults need about 25 to 38 grams a day on average.
