On a Nutrition Facts label, what % Daily Value counts as HIGH for a nutrient?

20% DV or more per serving is high; 5% or less is low.

  1. 5% or more
  2. 20% or more ✔
  3. 50% or more

Why: FDA's quick guide: 5% DV or less per serving is low and 20% DV or more is high. Look higher for fiber and lower for added sugars, sodium and saturated fat.

Huh, didn't know that: The %DV column doesn't add up to 100%; each line stands on its own.
