Why: The pennant shape, a long triangle pointing right, belongs only to NO PASSING ZONE. It sits on the left side so drivers thinking about passing see it.
Huh, didn't know that: The pennant points right, toward the roadway, and marks the beginning of the no-passing zone.
I failed my test on the no passing zone sign. Guess I just didn't pass.
