Bright fluorescent yellow-green warning signs warn about what?

Pedestrians, bicycles, schools, playgrounds and school buses.

  1. Road construction
  2. Sharp curves
  3. People on foot, bikes and schools ✔

Why: Fluorescent yellow-green is saved for warnings about people: pedestrians, bicyclists, playgrounds, school buses and schools. It glows so it is hard to miss.

Huh, didn't know that: Fluorescent pink is the color for incident management signs, used at crash scenes and road emergencies.

The dad joke
