What alcohol concentration bars someone from acting as a remote pilot?

0.04 or greater.

  1. 0.08 or greater
  2. 0.02 or greater
  3. 0.04 or greater ✔

Why: Under section 91.17, which Part 107 adopts, you may not act as a crewmember with an alcohol concentration of 0.04 or greater in blood or breath. That is half the common 0.08 driving limit.

Huh, didn't know that: Refusing a law enforcement alcohol test can lead to denial, suspension or revocation of a remote pilot certificate.
