Where should a lightning arrester go in a coaxial feed line?

On a grounded panel near where feed lines enter the building.

Why: Put the arrester at the building entry on a grounded panel. That way lightning surges are sent to ground before they get inside.

Huh, didn't know that: All outdoor ground rods should be bonded together with heavy wire or strap.
