Which sign tells a hiker they might be getting dehydrated?

Why: Signs of dehydration include extreme thirst, peeing less, dark urine, tiredness, dizziness and confusion. If your pee is dark, drink more water.
Huh, didn't know that: Mayo Clinic says thirst isn't always a good way to tell if the body needs water.
