Someone falls and shakes during a seizure. How should you help?
Clear nearby hazards and protect their head.

- Put something between their teeth

Why: Clear nearby hazards and put something soft under their head. Do not hold them down or put anything in their mouth.
Huh, didn't know that: Call 911 if the seizure lasts longer than 5 minutes.
