SESK: Stuff Everyone Should Know · sesk.info/typing-straight-wrists
When typing, how should your wrists line up with your forearms?
Straight and in line.
- Bent upward to reach the keys
- Straight and in line ✔
- Bent outward for a wider grip
Why: Keep wrists straight and in line with your forearms. Adjust your chair or keyboard to avoid bending them.
Huh, didn't know that: Keyboard feet are useful only when they help your wrist position.
Why did the keyboard go to bed? It needed some space.
