A passenger is dizzy, nauseated and sweating heavily on a hot day. What should you do first?
Move them to a cooler, shaded spot and get help if needed.

Why: Those are signs of overheating, which can lead to heat exhaustion and heatstroke. NASBLA says to move the person somewhere cooler and seek medical attention if needed. Bring plenty of water for everyone.
