SESK: Stuff Everyone Should Know · sesk.info/dad-sunscreen-reapply
How often should kids reapply sunscreen outdoors?
About every 2 hours, sooner after swimming or sweating.
- Every 2 hours ✔
- Once a day in the morning
- Every 6 hours
Why: Sunscreen wears off from time, water, sweat and toweling. Put more on every 2 hours and right after swimming.
Huh, didn't know that: The AAP suggests a hat with an all-around 3-inch brim to shade the face, ears and neck.
This morning I was wondering where the sun was, but then it dawned on me.
