When are most pregnant people tested for gestational diabetes?
Between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy.

Why: Pregnant people without an earlier diabetes diagnosis are tested between 24 and 28 weeks. Most people with gestational diabetes have no symptoms, so the test is how it gets found.
Huh, didn't know that: After gestational diabetes, a follow-up test for type 2 is usually done within 12 weeks after delivery.
