What SWR reading indicates a perfect impedance match between antenna and feed line?
1:1.
- 50:50
- 1:1 ✔
- Zero
Why: SWR compares the forward and reflected waves on a feed line. A reading of 1:1 means no power is being reflected, so the match is perfect.
Huh, didn't know that: A high reading such as 4:1 means there is an impedance mismatch.
Why did the antenna and the feed line get married? They were a perfect 1 to 1 match.
