I think a card is wrong. How do I challenge it?

On the answer screen, tap "Challenge this answer", say why in a sentence or two (a link helps) and send it. Our AI fact checker reviews it, and a card is only changed or removed when a second AI agrees; otherwise the SESK team decides.

Every fact on SESK should be right and sourced. If you think one isn't:

  1. Answer the card.
  2. On the answer screen, tap ⚑ Challenge this answer.
  3. Tell us why in a sentence or two. A link to a good source helps a lot.
  4. Tap Send to the fact checker.

What happens next:

  • Our AI fact checker looks at the card and your reason.
  • If it thinks the card is fine, nothing changes.
  • If it wants to fix the card or take it out, a second, different AI checks that first. The change happens only if both agree.
  • If they aren't sure or disagree, the SESK team looks at it.

If someone else already challenged the same card, yours waits for that review.

You can send up to 5 challenges an hour.
