How do I play a study game someone made?
Type the 6-character code on the game home at /play/ or on /guides/, or open the link you were given. Browse every public study game at /guides/. Study games are free, need no sign-up, and don't change your Knowledge Score.
Got a code? Codes are 6 letters and numbers, like K7XQ4M.
- Open /play/ and type it in the Have a code? box, or
- Go to /guides/ and type it there, or
- Open the link or scan the QR code you were given.
Looking for one? /guides/ lists every public study game. Search by subject and grade, and sort by newest or most played.
How study games play:
- Three choices per card, a joke after every answer, no sign-up needed.
- You see "X of Y learned" as you go. Study games don't add to your Knowledge Score, streak or the leaderboard.
- The answers come from the study guide itself. Where we checked, a card may say an outside source agrees, or warn you that a source says something different. Then ask your teacher which one your test uses.
- Something wrong? Tap Flag this card.
Teachers: each study game page has a QR code, copy buttons and a Teacher handout (PDF).
