A Scout is confused, red-faced and very hot after a summer hike. What's your first move?

Call 911, then cool them down in shade.

Why: Confusion plus a very hot body is heat stroke, which can be deadly. Call 911 right away, then move them somewhere cooler and cool them with wet cloths while you wait.
