  1. An e-passport with a chip ✔
  2. A passport card
  3. A passport with 10 blank pages

Why: The Visa Waiver Program requires an e-passport, which has an electronic chip and a symbol on the cover. A passport without a chip does not qualify.

Huh, didn't know that: The chip can be scanned to match the traveler's identity to the passport.
