Store feed in a rodent proof container.
- In an open pile
- In a wet bucket
- In a rodent proof container ✔
Why: Rats and mice eat and dirty feed. A metal can with a tight lid keeps them out and keeps the feed dry.
Huh, didn't know that: Oregon State says to store feed no more than 2 months in a cool, dry place.
