Besides the drone's position, what location does a Standard Remote ID drone broadcast?

The control station, where the pilot is.

  1. Its takeoff location
  2. The control station location ✔
  3. The nearest airport

Why: A Standard Remote ID drone broadcasts identification and location of both the drone and its control station. A broadcast module sends the takeoff location instead.

Huh, didn't know that: Part 107 defines the control station as the interface the remote pilot uses to control the drone's flight path.

The dad joke
My drone keeps broadcasting where I am standing. It is basically a flying tattletale.
