Why: Technicians get a small voice segment on 10 meters, from 28.300 to 28.500 MHz. The lower part of their 10 meter privileges is for CW and data.

Huh, didn't know that: Automatic propagation beacons on 10 meters are found between 28.200 and 28.300 MHz.
