What can Ask SESK answer?
Ask SESK answers questions about the site (signing in, scores, courses, study games and more) from SESK's own help articles, and everyday questions from SESK cards. It can't see your account. Personal details are removed before a question goes to DeepSeek, an outside AI. If it can't help, tap "Send this to the SESK team".
Ask SESK is the helper on /ask/ and on the floating Ask SESK button.
What it can answer
- How the site works: signing in, kids and parents, scores and streaks, courses, certificates, study games, the shop and more. It answers only from SESK's own help articles, which the SESK team writes and approves.
- Everyday "stuff everyone should know" questions, from SESK cards.
What it can't do
- It can't see or change your account, score, study games or orders.
- If the help articles don't cover your question, it tells you so instead of guessing.
- It isn't medical, legal or money advice.
Your privacy
- Please don't type your name or anything personal.
- Before a question goes to DeepSeek, the outside AI that writes the answer, we remove anything that looks like an email address, phone number, web link or long number.
