Parents: how do I change my kid's PIN or delete their account?

Go to /parent/, sign in with your email and the 6-digit code we send you, then use New PIN or Delete account next to your child. You can do this any time.

Everything for your kids is at /parent/.

  1. Go to /parent/ and type your email.
  2. Type the 6-digit code we email you.
  3. You see Your kids, with each kid's birthday and the email they sign in with.

From there you can:

  • New PIN: gives your kid a new 6-digit PIN. The old one stops working. Use this if they forgot it.
  • Delete account: deletes that kid's player and everything it played. This can't be undone.
  • + Set up a kid: add another child under 13.

Good to know:

  • After 5 wrong PINs, your kid has to wait 15 minutes before trying again.
  • Kids can't change the email on their account. Ask us at [email protected] if you need that changed.
  • When a kid under 13 makes a study game, we email you about it, never your kid.

The /parent/ page never signs this device in as your kid, so it is safe to use on your own phone.
