Stranded overnight with one bottle of water, what does hunter education say to do with it?

Drink what you need. Don't ration it.

  1. Drink what you need now ✔
  2. Save it all for an emergency
  3. Take one sip an hour

Why: Your body needs water to think clearly and stay warm. It's better to have water in your stomach than in your bottle. Save water by sweating less instead.

Huh, didn't know that: Dehydration does not only happen in deserts. It can happen in cold weather too.

The dad joke
What did one water bottle say to the other? Stop bottling up your feelings.
