What is the best sun plan for a baby under 6 months?

Shade and clothing. Ask a doctor before sunscreen.

  1. Any adult spray is fine
  2. Shade, clothes, and ask a doctor ✔
  3. Baby sunscreen, SPF 50, all day long

Why: FDA says sunscreen is not usually for infants under 6 months. Keep them out of the 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. sun and use clothes. Babies can get a rash from sunscreen.

Huh, didn't know that: For kids over 6 months, use sunscreen as the label says.

The dad joke
Why did the baby cookie cry? Because its mom was a wafer so long.
