What document must employers create under the BBP standard?
Exposure control plan.

Why: Any employer with workers exposed to blood must have a written Exposure Control Plan. It must be reviewed and updated at least once a year and be accessible to employees.
Huh, didn't know that: Contaminated needles must not be bent or recapped, except in narrow cases the rule allows.
Why did the plan go to the doctor? It wanted to control exposure.
