In a USA Pickleball tournament, when do teams switch ends in a deciding game to 11?

Why: In a single-game match or a deciding game to 11, players change ends when the first team reaches 6. Games to 15 change at 8, and games to 21 at 11.

Huh, didn't know that: If teams miss the change at 6, they change ends when the error is detected. The score and server stay the same.
