SESK (Stuff Everyone Should Know) is run by Keylink IT, doing business as SESK. Playing SESK is free. These terms cover the paid memberships, written as plainly as we can.

Memberships

SESK Plus: $3.49 a month or $29.99 a year. Every test and game, timed practice exams, no house ads.
SESK Family: $59.99 a year. Plus for up to 6 people in one household, kids included.
SESK Teacher: $29.99 a year. SESK Group: $199 a year for up to 30 members.
SESK School: $499 a year for a whole school.

Sales tax is added where it applies. Free play stays free: memberships add features, they never take the game away.

Who sells it and how you pay

Memberships are sold through Stripe's Link service ("Sold through Link"). Link is the seller on your receipt: it takes the payment, collects and pays sales tax, sends receipts and answers payment questions at support.link.com. Your card statement says LINK.COM* SESK.INFO. Questions about SESK itself go to [email protected].

Renewals and cancelling

Memberships renew automatically every month or year until you cancel.
Cancel any time from your profile (Manage subscription) or at link.com. You keep the membership until the end of the period you paid for.
If a payment fails, we and Stripe will ask you to update your card; the membership ends if it stays unpaid.

Founder offers

The first 100 subscribers to Plus, Family, Teacher or Group get their plan free for life. Subscribers 101 to 500 pay half price for life.
The first 20 schools get SESK School free for life; schools 21 to 100 pay half price for life.
Places go in the order checkout is finished. The live count is on the Founders page.
"For life" means for as long as the membership stays active and the account plays at least once a year. If it is cancelled or lapses, the founder price ends and the place is not given to anyone else.
Promo codes work the same way, for the plans and number of people the code allows. One discount per membership.
Founding Members get the Founding Member badge while their membership is active.

Refunds

Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. Email [email protected] or ask Link support.

The fail guarantee

Learn every card of a SESK test and earn its SESK certificate, take the real test within 60 days, and if you don't pass, send us a photo of your official score report: you get 3 months of SESK free. Once per test per person.

Kids

Kids under 13 never see a checkout. A parent or guardian buys SESK Family for the household.

The fine print

SESK is for learning. It is general information, not professional advice, and a SESK certificate is not an official credential.
We may change prices or these terms for new purchases. If a change affects your membership, we tell you before your next renewal, and founder prices stay as promised.
Be kind and play fair: accounts that cheat, abuse other players or misuse the site can be closed, with a refund of any unused paid time.
