Only after the USPTO registers the trademark.
- Only after federal registration with the USPTO ✔
- As soon as it forms an LLC
- After registering a matching domain name
Why: The USPTO says to use ® once your trademark is registered with it, and only for the goods or services listed in that registration. Forming an LLC or buying a domain does not create a federal registration.
