- A certified technician, or a buyer who employs one ✔
- Anyone over 18 with a photo ID
- Anyone with a business license
Why: Refrigerant sellers must verify that the buyer is certified or employs at least one certified technician and can show proof. Selling to someone who does not meet this is a violation.
